The hotel had nice staff who were lovely and helpful. Farhad was very helpful with items we needed for our room. The location is awesome, it is within walking distance to station where I could catch the train. The room was decently quiet as it is not facing the busy road.
the room is little dirty, but it wasn't a big problem for me.

The hotel's close proximity to KL Sentral proved invaluable. Nu Sentral shopping mall was just a short walk. I appreciated the abundance of nearby convenience stores. Several local restaurants offered diverse culinary options. I enjoyed the accessibility.
I noticed a strong smell of cleaning products upon entering the room, a little overpowering initially. But i have to say that it was gone in a couple of minutes.

The hotel is a basic one, so it's not full of amenities. it provided all essential services for a short stay, including reliable Wi-Fi access and responsive air conditioning, and those were important to me.

The location offers quick access to transportation hubs, which greatly simplified my travel plans. The hotel is connected to a main transit station and is close to multiple shopping options. Its position is superb for moving around, really.

I was happy to find several dining choices near the hotel, catering to various tastes. There was an Indian restaurant open 24 hours right next door, and I saw Chinese food vendors just a minute away too. It was ideal.
